Denon Eyewear offers a 14 days return policy, which means that you have the possibility to try the product(s) you purchased at home, and, in case you are not satisfied with the item(s), you can send them back to us for free within 14 days – starting from the day that you received your order.
Denon Eyewear also offers a one year defective warranty from the date of purchase on all eyewear. We are happy to replace or repair, upon our inspection, any factory defect, provided any damage cannot be attributed to normal wear and tear. Accidental breakage or scratched lenses are not covered by warranty.

Packaging & Care
To ensure the longevity of your Denons, only use our custom Denon microfiber cloth to wipe away smudges and fingerprints from the lenses. Avoid using tissues or paper towels, as they can scratch the surface. When not in use, store your eyewear in our protective hard-shell case to shield it from dust and potential damage.
